About Nelida

The “Tango Drops” system, created 40 years ago by Nélida Boyer, was the evolution of the movement systematic study, of the evolutionary development follow-up of the dance from its origins, and of the different body conducts deep analysis.

Nélida Boyer is a choreographer, Tango Dance teacher and professional dancer since 1960; she designed the “Slow Motion Technique”, studied the muscle, bone and circulatory movement in the Tango Dance, that takes into account the specific form of walking in people from different places of the world; i.e., the part of the body from which people coordinate and stress the movement when walking: trunk, pelvis and legs, to look for, from that point, their centre of equilibrium for this dance.
